Various Accommodation Options

  • Camping & Caravan Park: Sixty shaded campsites under trees, each with electricity, water, and a stone-built braai. Facilities include clean ablutions with hot showers and electrical points. ( Please bring your own braai grid ).
  • Tented Family Units (4 pax): Five luxury, cottage-style tented units. Open-plan layout with one double bed and a double sleeper couch, ideal for small families.
  • Tented Family Units (6 pax): Five semi-stone/canvas hybrid tent units, accommodating up to two adults and two to four children – perfect for larger families or groups.
  • Stone Cottage (Cottage 1): A charming, two-bedroom stone-built unit accommodating up to six guests. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, living area, air conditioning, a fireplace, and a new wood-fired outdoor hot tub.
  • Cottage 2: Two-bedroom layout; main room with a double bed, second bedroom with a double bed and two single bunks, sleeping up to six.
  • Cottage 3: Open-plan unit with two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area – sleeping up to four.
  • Mountain View Units: Spacious units with two bedrooms, a loft with two singles, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and living area with DStv. Air-conditioned with a stoep and braai, accommodating up to four adults and two children.

  • Pools: Multiple swimming options include a large beach-style pool with slides and a super tube, as well as the year-round heated Roman Bath, maintained at around 35 °C. Entry is free for in-house guests; day visitors pay a fee.

Scenic guided rides into the mountain to explore the cave. Scheduled daily at various times; fees vary for residents and day visitors.

Includes Rabbit World (with multiple rabbit species, guinea pigs, birds) and an Animal Farm featuring alpacas, llamas, miniature ponies, and more.

Horse & Pony Rides:
Available daily for both guests and day visitors.

Rock Climbing:

Mystical Bat Cave:
The heart of the resort is the mysterious Guano Cave. Home to thousands of bats, the cave stretches hundreds of metres into the mountain, most of which remains unexplored. Visitors are greeted by an evocative Bushman painting at the entrance, offering a glimpse into ancient history.

Restaurant at the Resort:
De Mooie Uitzicht (“The Beautiful View”) is the charming on-site restaurant. Open from morning through evening, the restaurant offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The menu features wood-fired pizzas, burgers, homemade curries, steaks, and more – perfect for casual dining after a day of adventure. Light meals and coffee offerings are also available to day visitors.
