Babette’s is a lovely, intimate space perfect for everyday eating, but also lends itself to private functions, events and intimate weddings. This Gluten Free Bakery & Eatery is owner run, and uses a farm-to-table approach focusing on creating a stronger connection to your food.
Everything is made in house from scratch, such as their beetroot chutney, Thai green curry paste, mayonnaise, harissa paste and hollandaise, which is used in many of their much loved dishes. Babette’s is most famous for its Croque Monsieur, Eggs Benedict, Brekkie burger, delicious curries and salads, and their gluten-free sourdough and muffins, are highlight recommended.
They cater specifically for people with food allergies and intolerances. Babette’s is fully licensed and serves Waterkloof wines, craft gin and beer.
