Founded in 2007, we have been dedicated to nurturing a passion for gymnastics within the Western Cape community – creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring space where young athletes can reach their full potential. Our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced coaches who are deeply passionate about the sport. With extensive backgrounds in training gymnasts from beginner to Springbok level, our coaches provide expert guidance that emphasizes both safety and excellence. As proud members of the Western Cape Gymnastics Association (WCGA) and the South African Gymnastics Federation (SAGF), we adhere to the highest national standards and stay up to date with the latest developments in gymnastics training and competition.
We specialize in artistic gymnastics for girls aged 5 to 14, offering a variety of structured programs designed to develop flexibility, coordination, strength, discipline, and self-confidence in a fun and motivating environment.
